Getting There
You can easily reach Saratoga Hot Springs by car, with ample parking available nearby. Located on the east end of Walnut Avenue in Saratoga, no hiking is needed—making it accessible for visitors of all ages and abilities.
What to Expect
The main pool, affectionately called the "Hobo Pool," is concrete-lined with a sandy bottom and is maintained as part of a city park open 24 hours a day. Despite its popularity, the atmosphere remains relaxed and inviting, with heated changing rooms and showers on site. You can also take a refreshing swim in the adjacent North Platte River if you’re up for a cool dip.
Tips for Visitors
Visit any time of year, as the pool stays warm in all seasons. Bring towels and swimwear—clothing is required in the pool. Since the park is free and open around the clock, aim for early mornings or late evenings to avoid the busiest crowds. Keep in mind that no lifeguards are on duty, so swim responsibly in both the springs and river.
